Do you see the marathon runners and wonder where do they get the stamina and energy from?
If you ask yourself, do you think you can reach the office on the 8th floor on time if there was no elevator? In today’s modern world it is very easy to see young people complain of tiredness, low energy and stamina. Most of us cannot run, jump or even exercise for more than 30 minutes without grasping for breath. How did we come to this stage, when our forefathers could actually walk for distances carrying heavy loads every day without any tiredness?
It is natural to get tired after a heavy physical work that needs high energy expenditure. However, we tend to get tired even after a little physical exertion such as climbing stairs or standing for long hours. Find out why you get tired physically when in mental stress. Before, we move on to make any conclusions about our physical inabilities causing tiredness, lets divert our attention to some other aspect of our lifestyle. Did you know that poor diet can also lead to low energy and stamina? Here are 6 dietary habits that could be hampering your energy and stamina...Read More

14th November is celebrated as World Diabetes Day every year. This day calls for a global awareness campaign on Diabetes. So, read on to discover 5 rare facts about Diabetes that will help you remain aware.
Do share your views below!
THE SILENT KILLER
The most common form of Diabetes - Type 2 Diabetes - hardly come with any symptoms. This is why it is infamously known to be the silent killer. About one-third of every diabetic patient are not aware that they are suffering from the disease.
Diabetes affects health by raising blood glucose level. This excessive raise renders the cells unable to transfer glucose into energy. Thus, it keeps accumulating in the blood.
This excessive accumulation is dangerous, as it may damage your vital organs like heart, kidneys and eyes. In the long run, this accumulation may also cause stroke, heart attack, or coma. Causing death without prior symptoms is the reason why Diabetes is known to be the silent killer.
DIABETES ARE OF 3 TYPES
Diabetes is often mistaken to be of two types. Other than Type 1 and Type 2, there also exists a third type - Gestational Diabetes. As is apparent from its term, this Diabetes affects women during their pregnancies. If a pregnant woman’s blood sugar rises abnormally, she is diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes.
Indian women are generally more vulnerable to Gestational Diabetes. By staying under extra care during pregnancy, they are more likely to consume calorific food. Gestational Diabetes often converts into Type 2 Diabetes after delivery!
3. DIABETES CAN CAUSE AMPUTATIONS
In spite of celebrating World Diabetes Day annually, much awareness about Diabetes remains unspread. Lack of awareness and health service during Diabetes is dangerous. Neglecting a diabetic patient can cause severe complications, including amputations.
Diabetes is, in fact, the leading cause of amputations. This is why foot care is important for diabetic patients throughout their life. It is as important as taking a regular dose of insulin for Type 1 diabetic patients.
DIABETES DEATH PREDICTIONS
According to the World Health Organisation, total diabetic deaths is likely to increase by more than 50% in the next 10 years.
And over 80% of the upper middle income countries are going to suffer from diabetic deaths. So, beware of this silent killer named Diabetes!
5. DIABETES IN INDIA
Being the second largest population in the world is not the only bad news for India. It is also the Diabetes Capital of the world!
Approximately 40 million Indians are currently suffering from diabetes. This number is most likely to increase to 70 million by 2025. Thus, 1 among every 5 diabetic in the world is most likely to be an Indian!
The major cause of diabetes in India is their central obesity. Apple shaped bodies are found mostly in India, the reason why Indians suffer from Diabetes more than any other nationalities.
Diabetes constitutes of 6% of the world’s population. Early diagnosis is the best prevention against this silent killer. So, keep visiting your doctor routinely, especially those with family histories.

The American Cancer Society has revised its guidelines for when and how often women should receive screenings for breast cancer.
The group suggests women start yearly breast scans at age 45 instead of 40 and for healthy women to have scans every other year at ages 55-74.
Historically there has been much disagreement over the right time and frequency for mammograms.
New suggestions are more aligned with those of a US government panel.
Announced on Tuesday, the advice is aimed toward women at "average" risk for breast cancer, and doctors suggest more screening for women at higher risk.
Higher risk factors include certain genetic mutations and family history of cancer.
"The most important message of all is that a mammogram is the most effective thing that a woman can do to reduce her chance of dying from breast cancer," said Dr Richard Wender of the American Cancer Society.
The white sap from this common weed, also known as petty spurge, was described by Nicolas Culpeper's Complete Herbalist (1826) as "a good treatment for warts".
Don't try this at home, however, as its also an irritant.
Milkweed made its way from its native Europe to Australia, where biochemist Dr Jim Aylward had it in his garden.
"My mum grew it for 20 years and swore by it," he says.
"She always told me to put it on my skin to help sunspots."
In 1997, Dr Aylward isolated its active ingredient, ingenol mebutate, which he discovered was toxic to rapidly replicating human tissue.
Leeches were one of the more civilised methods of bloodletting, a popular cure for disease.
For the Ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, any imbalance in the four bodily "humours" (blood, black bile, yellow bile, and phlegm) would cause disease.
And the best way to correct this was to drain the excess - often blood.
Fast-forward to 1830s Europe, and bloodletting was big business.
Use of leeches to treat almost all ailments had reached its peak, with France importing about 40 million every year.
With the rise of "rational" science, and no evidence to back it up, bloodletting died out.
But recent advances in surgery mean leeches are back on the wards.
Hospitals such as UCLH in London use these bloodthirsty worms to drain excess blood after microsurgery, which helps to promote natural healing.
They can be used in postoperative care of skin grafts, or after lost fingers and ears have been reattached.
They produce a protein that stops blood clotting - and this gives tiny veins time to knit themselves back together.

Why do the top fitness trainers in India try to go abroad for work?
A top fitness trainer of a top international gym in India shared with me that he's going abroad after having done great here and that the level abroad is much ahead of here. Another fitness trainer shared that he lost opportunities because of how the officials here treated him when he was doing well in international competitions.
For health and fitness professionals and businesses
Before I start sharing about why the top trainers in India try to go abroad for work, I thank God and my web design, graphic design, content writing and online marketing client Life Coach Ms. Jasmin Waldmann who's in India (Gurgaon, Delhi and other cities) from Germany adding value to the health and fitness of people including to trainers in India.
Please get value from and please share about Life Coach Ms. Jasmin Waldmann. I've created her site www.jasminwaldmann.com. She just messaged me at 4:26pm (15 Jan' 15) "hi. please call me asap. thanks a lot" and today I've been updating this and other pages on my Health Fitness India Network site with my Health Fitness India Directory site and my Google+ and Facebook links. I'm thankful to the best for enabling so much in our world.
You can see below my LinkedIn article in which I share that God is Amazing and mention 6:24pm and this article is about top fitness trainers in India going abroad and a wonderful international trainer coming to India. Moreover, dad just gave me the newspaper to see the iPhone 5c upgrade offer and my aunt in Switzerland had just called mom about she gifting me a mobile by buying it online. Dad's mobile number has 426 in it! I wish my efforts would also help more and more people in India to learn about health, fitness, beauty, fashion, career, security and more. This is my LinkedIn article www.linkedin.com/pulse/20140703191526-517504-4th-of-july-god-is-amazing
A boy was cycling fast and passed me by while I was walking. It made me think that he would be breathing in air that much more and deeply. Then I thought if he would be taking in harmful to very harmful chemicals in air due to pollution that much more and deeply. This made me think about the top trainers in India that do they take in harmful to very harmful chemicals in air that much more and deeply. You might get value from my LinkedIn article "On India's Republic Day, do you wonder?" www.linkedin.com/pulse/indias-republic-day-do-you-wonder-shakti-saran
A day after writing above about my aunt calling:
-----
Thank You God for my uncle and aunt who're moving to India after a decade in Switzerland!
They give me much. Yesterday, I had wished them that they would do great!
Today I saw the 10 year graph for Swiss Franc to INR (link below)
19 Jan 2005 00:00 UTC - 16 Jan 2015 09:32 UTC CHF/INR close:71.09358 low:32.56447 high:75.19262
Difference is of 42.62815 between 10 year low and high.
Yesterday, I had written related to them that God is Amazing and 426.
Kitne Indians jab apna sadna realize kare to bahar jaane ki sochne lage ki apne human potential ko to maximize karun agar kahin aur bhi par apni duniya mein to sahi?
How many Indians when they start realizing that they're rotting that they think about going even if somewhere else in our world to maximize their human potential?
What an advantage! An RJ said this while talking about Nicole Kidman that she has both Australian and US citizenship. This reminded me of a friend who told me that his roommate went to Australia and now has a citizenship there and that he also wants to go abroad. His roommate is doing very well and is now in India getting married.
I shared with him that how many people in Bangalore having several MNCs would be listening to this and would value this like him. He has shared about wanting to go abroad since several years, however, he doesn't make even the basic efforts properly which is to give IELTS like for Canada.
I also told him about a recent news that people in Bangalore on average breathe polluted air as if they had smoked six cigarettes a day and people in Delhi on average breathe polluted air as is if they had smoked twenty cigarettes.
Do you wonder how many graduates from IITs and also those not from IITs try to go abroad sooner or later? Is that also why things are like this because those who're highly aware and care much generally go abroad or else how could the conditions be like this in general?
I also shared with my friend that what would his child in future say about the quality of mother's milk given the harmful chemicals in air, water, food, land and products going into the girls who'll later become mothers? Is this also why even the fitness trainers who I've known and some of them who're seemingly top quality try to go abroad?
I think he can do well abroad and then can also get great reception in India as an NRI like his friend gets according to him. He has around nine years of experience including in TCS about which there was news that the company is letting go of people above eight or so years of experience and so he wants to join another company because of the atmosphere of uncertainty there. I wish him best!
Over the years, some different fitness trainers in India having top certifications including the international ones and having worked at top gyms in India and having several personal training clients in India have shared with me about trying to go abroad for work.
I'll keep sharing in this blog post from experiences with trainers in India trying to go abroad.
18th October 2015: Why Indians want to work abroad? Some different fashion designers working for reputed Indian brands have shared with me how they're not paid or their pay is delayed by months. Is that also why Indians try to study at fashion design colleges abroad so that they might work abroad after that?
Later they can also come to India and even do work at high levels. A major e-commerce company in India has hired their head of products who went abroad and then came to India for this job. I've created the Fashion Designers Indiahttps://www.fashiondesignersindia.com site. You can ask me for details.
Also, what about fitness trainers working in India? I've heard from several fitness trainers in India that they're not doing well. Are you a trainer and getting fooled by any fitness certification businesses?
Do you wonder what quality milk and related products you, your mother, child and family in general will have during the great time of Diwali and have been throughout the year? Do you ever check? How to easily check? Can we take things to somewhere nearby and get them checked well? What quality levels do you see of the expensive things got from abroad?
31st October 2014:Some high-quality Indian trainer said why people in India have to bring trainers from abroad to India. Aren't the trainers in India capable enough.
I responded that build valuable relations with (good to great) trainers abroad to bring even higher value to people in India.
The same trainer said that why are several of his experiences negative with people in India.
I responded that harmful chemicals in air, water, food and land could be rotting the people here. I wish our efforts would help to improve things.
29th May 2014: Yesterday someone visited and said ki aap to jaante hai ki hindustan ke log kaise hote hai related to products with harmful chemicals being sold in India.
I had met him for the first time. He had come to deliver some product of a top international brand. He had shared on a variety of products sold in India related to harmful chemicals.
I wondered that what were his experiences that he said such a thing and that how many others would also say such a thing. Is this also because of the mother's milk that Indians are drinking that Indian people think and say about Indian people like this?
Indian suar, kutte ya sher ke bare mein kaha hota to samajh mein aata ki shayad woh aise hai kyunki woh janwar hai, lekin insaan ke bare mein bhi aisa general mein kaha. I'm sure there would be better people also, however, still how many Indian people would be getting milk of mother's tested since harmful chemicals in air, water, food and land would be harming that milk and then the Indian people since they're babies.
Suaron ke group mein to sher jaisa hona bhi na samajh mein aaye lekin insaan to duniya ke best se easily seekh sakta hai aur apne aap se bhi seekh sakta hai. Mere kitne relatives aur jaan pehchan ke hain jo ki India mein very senior to top reach karne ke baad abroad jaa rahe hain. I wish ki woh aur Indian logo ko bhi sikhate honge ki best kaise hai aur best kaise bane.
Next generations mein kitne Indians sochenge ki maa ka doodh hi achcha hota to kitna achcha hota. Yeh to insaan hi soch sakta hai, na hi suar aur na hi sher. I wish us best.
Hence also I think that the top Indian fitness professionals are getting international certifications and also trying to work abroad because more people in India might value it.
25th May 2014:When girls in India start drinking mother's milk then do they start becoming inferior from their initial human potential and does that make them suffer even more in life due to harmed mind and body?
21st May 2014: Fitness trainers who work at places without uniform air cooling risk their health. Do you realize what can happen to the health by working out and body getting hot and then quickly going to a much cooler area and this happening several times in a day? Sudden change from hot to cold can harm health. "Eye infections, respiratory infections and muscular spasms are caused by this change in temperature," Dr Shah said.
19th May 2014: I'll share the details later. First, I'll share in brief. I asked a trainer that why doesn't his employer who has the contract to manage the gym gives him some gym t-shirts so that he can be a lot more comfortable doing his workout and work. This trainer seems to sweat much when he works out and his non-gym t-shirts seem to make it much worse for him. This can be an issue at the lower-end gyms in India where there's no standard apparel provided by the gym for the trainers and the trainers might not know well enough about the gym t-shirts to buy themselves.
There can also be issues faced by the trainers at the higher-end gyms which can eventually make the top trainers want to go abroad unless they start their own business in India and also do well. Of course, there would be good gyms here too, however, how many of them keep losing their top trainers who generate the highest revenues for the gym? A gym or fitness center will have to do increasing well to retain their top employees. If you require professional assistance in this regard then you can also ask me.
I've heard great things about experiences abroad from the top certified and experienced trainers in India who've traveled to or even worked abroad. I'm not saying that a fitness trainer can't have great experience in India, however, how many of the top fitness trainers in India working as employees think that they're having the best experience that there can be for them. Also, is it because the employers of fitness professionals in India just can't do enough to retain them or don't want do what's required for any number of reasons?
Today I wore my www.healthfitnessindia.com site embroidered cap to the gym. The trainer who I mentioned above said that the people abroad have such good bodies on which I responded that if his conditions like air, water and food were as great then he would also be much better by doing the same amount of workout which he does now. Moreover, he'll be able to do even more in the same amount of time when the environment would be much better. He also tried to share with me something about front dumbbell raise shoulder exercise which I thought was more of textbook knowledge than the experience of getting a more diverse workout while keeping the workout safe. Although, I'm thankful to him to share with me his thoughts which I think he did for the first time ever about my workout.
I think that almost every trainer who has been at this gym has asked me that from where to buy sports shoes, track pants, and gym t-shirts and he also asked today. He also mentioned about my cap which says my site. Today I wore it for the first time and got it recently embroidered with my site. I told him that there's a large building next to Mandi House metro station where he can get such items at reasonable prices. I thought that it wouldn't make sense to share shops that sell such items for much higher prices. I also said that I'm trying to start custom printing of t-shirts and if it happens then his employer can buy from me gym t-shirts branded with company or gym name or anything else.
Also, if you know from where people can buy fitness apparel at lower prices then share with me and I'll share it here.
If you are a fitness trainer, nutritionist, dietitian, martial art instructor, aerobics instructor, dance teacher, yoga teacher, Kettlebell trainer, CrossFit trainer, TRX trainer, BOSU trainer, ViPR trainer, gym, fitness center, a shop selling fitness t-shirts, track pants, shoes, protein supplements or anything else related to health and fitness or doing anything related to health and fitness then also register free in the Health and Fitness India Directory on www.healthfitnessindia.in

Let’s face it, growing old is a reality. There is no running away from it; age literally catches up with you. The third decade of your life can prove to be crucial in several aspects. The biggest being- you aren’t in your twenties anymore. So behaving like you are one and ignoring your health might prove to be detrimental in the long run. But then, you’ve become wiser and smarter with experience.
Here, we list down a few things to give you a heads up on the most exciting phase of life. Things especially that concern your health. We promise, it’ll be a breeze. (Take this from someone who is on the verge of turning thirty.)
Those bad habits need to die
Period. You can’t do certain things on a whim and not end up feeling miserable after you’ve done it. This includes smoking, drinking (like there’s no tomorrow) and binging on fast food. These habits don’t have to make their way into your 30s, because they’ll only wreck your health.
An occasional drink is harmless, but jumping at the prospect of happy hours shouldn’t be your thing. Similarly, quit smoking. We’ve already been subjected to the ‘Smoking Kills’ advert at the movies for us to understand that it is really bad for health. Binging on Fries and a burger every weekend (no to midnight snacking as well) is just going to lead to health problems. Make healthy eating your priority.
Exercise regularly
In your thirties, your body’s metabolism slows down and you start gaining a few pounds. Now, this doesn’t mean that you have to be a gym rat, but an hour at the gym or an early morning jog and yoga will be sufficient enough to keep you active and productive through the day. Choose any form of physical activity that makes you happy. In the long run you’ll thank yourself for cultivating this good habit.
Don’t skip breakfast
Your schedule might be choc-a-bloc with meetings and deadlines, but there’s always time for breakfast. Skipping breakfast means prolonged fasting. This again, slows down your metabolism and leads to weight gain. In addition, your immunity levels go down and you are prone to frequent infections. All of it doesn’t sound good.
A bowl of muesli and fruit, or a couple of hard-boiled eggs, toast and a fresh fruit juice are a good start to a day. Even if you are on the run, always carry some fruits.
Try to stick to a schedule
Not that you should start leading a life that is controlled by the clock, but following a schedule more or less will give you a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. The idea is to make your day as productive as possible. One simple way to go about it is to just make a list and tick everything, while you’re finishing them off (Let social media not distract you). But always leave some room for surprise. An impromptu trek on a weekend is always a good idea.
Also, you require enough sleep to feel fresh the next day. Bid adieu to late nights. They make you feel sluggish the next day, making you less productive.
Do things that make you feel happy
Finally, it all boils down to this. Your emotional well being is important as well. It’s something we forget along the way when we just follow a routine. This includes being happy with you’re job, with the person you’re dating or married to and the people you are surrounded with (friends/colleagues). They need to feel right at the end of the day, uplift you and make you happy. If that isn’t happening, then you need to fix it right away.
If the 20s gave you a taste of everything that’s out there, 30s gives you the chance to choose from them. It’s these choices that you stick to for the rest of your life. But don’t forget to have a blast, while you are at it.

Chiropractic, it’s a branch of medicine which focusses on diagnosing and curing disorders that are related to the mechanical part of the body, like the spine. Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine and primarily focuses under the understanding that these mechanical disorders affect health through the nervous system of the body. Chiropractic is the largest alternative medical profession in the world. It is to be noted that even though they work as your primary healers they are most likely to be grouped with the profession like dentistry. The top 5 basics to this branch include:
1. Origin:
Chiropractic was founded by a magnetic healer named D.D. Palmer in the late 1800’s. Now he broadly divided chiropractic in two main categories that are “straights” and “mixers”. In the straights section main focus is laid on vitalism and adjusting spine, while in mixers that is practiced by a majority of practitioners, focuses on mixing chiropractic with medicine.
2. Scope:
Chiropractors mainly focus on providing services that don’t involve the use of surgeries or having to take regular medications. They mainly deal with back and neck pain even though they also focus on other areas sometimes. There is no common consensus amongst them as to they should only focus on spine and back or not. A chiropractor has the authority so as to refer their patients to respective doctors if they find out that the patient’s condition involves a suitable specialist. Practicing chiropractic should be done according to the laws of the country in which it has to be done.
3. Training:
Many universities teach chiropractic as a course and some of the Best Chiropractic School in USA, offer first class professional degree in this field. Upon successfully completing the course the students might have to pass a certain exam according to laws in his or her counties to get licensed to perform chiropractic services.
4. Treatments:
Chiropractic mainly focuses on spinal adjustment and manipulation. In other treatment they include physical wellness, medicinal exercises, everyday living, changing unhealthy habits, removing stress, cryotherapy etc. The reason mixers are so famous is because they diversify this filed.
5. Money:
The chiropractors that get a formal training from one of the Best Chiropractic school in USA have an added advantage of hands on training and correct scientific procedures, so they can attract a lot of customers but for those who practice it traditionally have to rely on luck and need to show progress to retain their customers.
While water is essentially replacing fluid, tea replaces fluids but it as well contains antioxidants so it’s got two things going for it. What makes tea healthier than drinking water; it’s because of the fact that tea is not just a comforting and pleasant beverage, but it also contains remarkable healing properties and often tea has been referred to as ‘wonder drink’.
Drinking three or more cups of tea each day is as good as taking plenty of water but tea has many benefits unlike taking water. According to UK nutritionists, they found out that tea does not only rehydrate like water but it also protects against heart diseases and other cancers.
One doctor by the name Dr. Ruxton said, “Drinking tea is actually better for you than drinking water.” Taking four cups of healthy tea can cut drastically the chances of having a heart attack. Other benefits that can be derived from consumption of fit tea is protection against tooth decay and tooth plaque and it also helps in bone strengthening this is through its content, fluoride.
According to experts, tea contains flavonoids which are the key ingredients of tea that promote health. In addition to the presence of flavonoids, fit tea also contains guarana which was used by Indians during great famines in order to reduce the hunger sensation and also restore energy and vitality needed in such times.
Guarana found in fit tea also helps greatly in sharpening memory through its antioxidants. It improves intellectual performance. It increases concentration thus making it a perfect beverage of students, sportsmen and any other person who has a need to remain alert and energized.. Guarana also reduces the effect on stress. In increasing the blood circulation, guarana is effective in both preventing and slowing down the progression of different diseases.
Since tea contains caffeine, it has over the years been perceived that it is dehydrating but according to nutritionist Claire Williamson, this is just a myth. If you had a really strong cup of fit tea, you would still have a net gain of fluid.
Basically, taking a cup of fit tea helps the body in great way unlike just taking water. Having covered the above ways in which tea is healthier than taking plain water, I would encourage you to grab a sample of our fit tea today. It’s so much affordable yet with priceless benefits.
Last summer I made an effort to drink the proper amount of fluids for my body because I noticed that I suffered from some of the afflicted effects of not consuming enough water: my skin was dry, my urine was yellow, and I was low on energy. I thought I would share a few tips to stay healthy and active by taking more fluids. Similarly, an almost universally held belief that people who are overweight just need to eat less and drink more fluids.
Here are just a few benefits, among hundreds, of drinking more water:
Water fires up your metabolism. When you drink water first thing in the morning it foster your metabolism by a whopping 24% for 90 minutes!
Water helps you think. Your brain is made of 75% water, so drinking extra water gives your brain more fuel to operate on.
You’ll eat less, since water operates as an appetite suppressant.
Water helps your body flush all toxins and eliminate waste products.
Water helps to reduce the risk of many diseases and ailments, including bladder and colon cancer.
Water enhances your complexion. Water moisturizes one's skin, keeping it “fresh, soft, glowing and smooth”. It also helps to get rid of wrinkles.
Water saves most of your money! I love living regally, and last month I spent less money going to coffee shops, bars, and other places where I only drank water.
Food also has a great impact on your energy levels:
Just like what you drink, what you eat has a big impact on your energy levels. During the experiment, I removed all of the caffeinated, sugar contents, and alcoholic drinks from my daily diet, I realized how much food affected on my energy levels after I could confine its trappings.Interestingly, during the experiment I identified few eating tactics that gave significantly high energy to get things done:
Eat in smaller portion, more frequently.
Stay away from processed, sugary foods that will spike up your blood sugar levels.
Slow the hell down.
Constantly ask yourself whether you’re hungry. So that one can eat less.
If you’re serious about wringing every last ounce of productivity out of your daily regimen, I think you should adopt these tactics, too - try it and see.
Although tea drinking has been associated with health benefits for centuries, only in recent years have its medicinal properties been investigated scientifically.
The October issue of Harvard Women’s Health Watch recognizes the healthy power of tea while helping readers get the most out of their cups. Tea’s health benefits are largely due to its high content of flavonoids — plant-derived compounds that are antioxidants.
Green tea is the best food source of a group called catechins. In test tubes, catechins are more powerful than vitamins C and E in halting oxidative damage to cells and appear to have other disease-fighting properties.
Studies have found an association between consuming green tea and a reduced risk for several cancers, including, skin, breast, lung, colon, esophageal, and bladder. Additional benefits for regular consumers of green and black teas include a reduced risk for heart disease.
The antioxidants in green, black, and oolong teas can help block the oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol, increase HDL (good) cholesterol and improve artery function.
"Choosing organic not only preserves our earth's resources and protects the health of the farmers, but ensures that what is going into our bodies is 100% natural, made the way nature intended."
Do you wonder what your mother and family in general has fed you over the years in India and how the conditions around you are including related to air, water and land pollution and food adulteration and why?
Do you wonder what goes into children in India in general over the years who'll then produce more Indians including milk?

Some of the Krav Maga organizations in Israel, such as the
IKMA (Israeli Krav Maga Association, by Haim Gidon),
KMF (Krav Maga Federation, by Haim Zut),
Bukan (By Yaron Lichtenstein),
K.A.M.I. the Israeli Krav Magen Association (found by Eli Avikzar RIP, – today by Avi Abeceedon), as well as
international KMW (Krav Maga Worldwide, by Darren Levine),[23]
use Imi Lichtenfeld's original colored belt grading system which is based upon the Judo ranking system. It starts with White belt, and then Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown and Black belts.
Black belt students can move up the ranks from 1st to 9th Dan.
The time and requirements for advancing have some differences between the organizations.
In Europe the Fédération Européenne de Krav Maga (by Master Richard Douieb) and Krav Maga Academy Slovenia (by Master Karli Zaniug) also uses the colored belt grading system which is based upon the Judo ranking system.
Other organizations that teach Krav Maga in and outside of Israel like
the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF),
Krav Maga Global (KMG) and
International Krav Maga (IKM)
use the same grading system based on a series of patches.[24]
The patch system was developed by Imi Lichtenfeld after the belt system in the late 1980s.
The grades are divided into 3 main categories; Practitioner, Graduate and Expert.
Each of the categories, which are often abbreviated to their initials, has 5 ranks.
Grades P1 through to P5 are the student levels and make up the majority of the Krav Maga community.[citation needed]
After P5 are G1-G5, and in order to achieve Graduate level the student has to demonstrate a proficiency in all of the P level techniques before advancing.
The majority of instructors hold a G level grade and are civilian instructors. However, passing the instructor's training course is a requirement, and holding a Graduate rank does not necessarily make one an instructor.
The Graduate syllabus also builds on the Practitioner syllabus by focusing more on developing fighting skills. The Expert grades cover more advanced military and 3rd party protection techniques as well as advanced sparring and fighting skills.
People who hold these ranks tend to teach in other sectors such as military and law enforcement in addition to civilian.
In order to progress to Expert level, one has to demonstrate proficiency in all of the Practitioner and Graduate syllabi and have excellent fighting skills.
Beyond Expert 5 there is the rank of Master. However, this rank is held by only a small number of individuals and reserved only for those who have dedicated a lifetime to Krav Maga and made valuable contributions in teaching and promoting the style.
Krav Maga organizations in the United States, South America and Europe such as
Krav Maga Worldwide,
Krav Maga Alliance,
National Krav Maga Association (NKMA),
Apolaki Krav Maga,
United States Krav Maga Association (USKMA),
Krav Maga Street Defence,
South American Federation of Krav Maga,
European Federation of Krav Maga,
Hagana System and
Krav Maga Academy Slovenia (KMAS)
also use a belt ranking system like that of the IKMA, KMF and Bukan.
Although there are some subtle differences, the various organisations teach the same core techniques and principles.[25]
Some other organizations such as
Pure Krav Maga (founded by Boaz Aviram) and
Urban Krav Maga
have less formal grading ranks without belts or patches but do have levels by which students can monitor their progress.

In today's society where beauty is honored so strongly, this discontent causes many women to look for a way to make their breasts bigger !
Many woman unhappy with their breasts for cosmetic reasons. Some complain of tonal loss or sagging, some require enhancement and some reduction. Many woman undergone expensive treatments , some surgical to get back the breast shape. The internet and media is also flooded with claims. Hence In the present article we would shed points on Reasons and Remedies for breast enhancement. Though the information presented here is based on our clinical experience, readers discretion is requested.
REASONS FOR COSMETIC ANOMALIES OF BREASTS :-
Improper selection of brasserie in terms of fitment/size
Not wearing brassiere right on onset of puberty
Wearing tight bra during bedtime. (this can slow down circulation)
Physical exercises (workouts, running, cycling etc) without brasserie
Prolonged illness
Pregnancy
Breast feeding
Hormonal imbalance leading to irregular menstrual cycle and other concerned illness
Weight gain
Sudden weight gain and loss due to crash dieting etc.
Sexual intercourse at an early age. [arguable]
UNDERSTANDING BREAST DEVELOPMENT AS PER MODERN SCIENCE
Breast does not contain any muscle and is largely consisted of a fat tissue known as Adipose tissue intermingled with lactiferous [milk carrying / producing] ducts. Hence merely doing muscle exercises or intake of muscle protein is not going to help in altering the breast tissue. However it may fairly effect the muscle on which the breast lies [Pectoralis group]. The size of breasts is decided by the hormonal apparatus which is unique in each individual and also influenced by genetic. The permutations and combinations of Estrogen, Prolactin and Progesterone with respect to lifestyle and other factors is very consequential in the physical and mental make-up of a woman. Regarding breast size Estrogen influences the lot with high amounts leading to large breasts and vice versa. It is important to understand that beyond cosmetic approach having firm nice shaped breast requires a good hormonal balance which needs to be complemented with good lifestyle and diet.
Since Arogyam mostly emphasize on natural methods of Ayurveda and yoga for the purpose , so, here enlisted some other prevalent methods for the purpose for your information. So lets begin
YOGIC EXERCISES
The following enlisted Asanas (yogic postures) really help in toning the breast apparatus. However one should understand that not one but a combination of theses postures would help in achieving the desired results. There are no specific Asanas to increase or decrease the size. The Asanas would merely help in achieving firm and healthy breast. Also the Asanas help a long way in regulating hormones and may prevent modern evils of breast cancers. I would not go to the lengths of explaining each and every asanas. You can “google” the names and would get some great illustrations and videos about how to practice them. I would recommend to take the guidance of an expert yoga teacher incase you wish to pursue the techniques. Yogic postures need to be complemented with certain rules of diet, lifestyle and also cleansing methods. Apparently not all yogic postures are safe and one needs to be evaluated to be fit enough to accept a particular asana as per his constitution and health condition. Though while practicing the asanas the main emphasis would be on breast development, these asanas also help in variety of ailments hence research properly and pick the best 1 -2 asanas which would help in your overall health condition
Trikonaasana :helps strengthen the pectoral groups, helpful for women seeking enlargement. Must be complimented with massage, herbs intake.
Bhujangasana :the imminent stretch helps in reduction of excessive fat tissue around the breast, this helps in breast reduction. for enlargement use the asana in the end stage for toning]
Paschimuttanasana:A difficult asana. It puts pressure on the spinal chakras and helps proper flow of hormones. In general should be practiced for an overall hormonal stability. However ones suffering from constipation and ulcers seek expert guidance.
Tadasana:Exerts pressure on the thyroid and is a great posture for overall hormonal stability.
Shalbhasana (Toad posture):Improves muscle stability helps burn fat tissue. done in conjunction with Bhujangasana,
Dhanuarasana & Naukasana:Both asanas combined with Bhujangasana and Shalabhasana makes a power combination for great breast shape especially women looking for reduction and firmness
There are other Asanas which are helpful but must be done under expert guidance as they are tough
Simhasana
Ardha Matsyendrasana
Chakrasana
Sethu Bandhasana
Halasana
Combining above asanas with proper exponent of Surya Namaskara (12 step exercise) helps immensely. It is very important to follow time rules with regards to yoga. Most postures are meant to be practiced at sunrise after relieving natural urges.
AYURVEDA REMEDIES
Though Ayurveda does not directly pinpoint at cosmetic manipulation towards breasts there are many formulations which can be used effectively to help in the process. some of our experiences in terms of home remedies one can safely use.
EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS
Boil sesame seeds 20gms, Fenugreek seeds 20 gm, Aloe vera pulp 20 gm, rose petals 20 gm in 500ml of water and reduce to the mixture to 50ml. Strain the mixture. Add the decoction to 50ml of virgin coconut oil and boil till oil remains. Filter and store in a glass bottle. Warm require quantity of oil [Always put the oil bottle in warm water. Do not heat oil directly over flame]. Massage in a clockwise directions. Use downwards strokes when massaging beneath the breasts. Regular use helps burn excess fat tissue and also makes the breasts firm. [Avoid massaging on nipples]
Prepare a paste by mixing the following herbs in water or aloe vera juice. Mayphal [Quercus infectorius] 10gms , Maida Lakdi [Litsea chinensis] 10gm , Jaiphal [Myristica fragrans] 5gm. Make the paste warm and apply over the breast . Regular use imparts firmness to the breast. [Avoid massaging the nipples]
Boil bark of Gambhari [Gmelina arborea] 100gm, in virgin coconut oil (250ml) till black residue of the bark remains. Filter and store the oil in a clean glass oil. Warm the required quantity of medicated oil and massage as explained before. This formulation helps in breast enhancement.
INTERNAL MEDICINE
Breast enlargement
Boil 4gms Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera], 3gms Arjun bark [Terminalia arjuna] in 1 part milk [100ml] and 4 parts water till milk remains. Strain the mixture through a clean cloth and consume empty stomach early morning. The procedure must be preferable carried out in an iron vessel
Breast reduction and Firmness
Gorakhmundi [Sphaeranthus indicus, 40gm], Daruhaladi [Berberis aristata 40 gm], Nagarmotha [Cyperus esculentus 30 gm]. Boil the herbs in 1litre of water and reduce to 600ml. Filter and store in the fridge. Intake 200ml of the decoction every morning [or in two divided doses 100(Morn.) 100 (Eve.)] empty stomach. Prepare fresh after 3 days. Continue for 2 menstrual cycles. Then take a gap of 15 days and repeat.
NASAL DROPS
Use of Cow’s ghee [clarified butter from cow] in form of nasal drops helps immensely in breast development. Certain traditional preparations like Anu Taila, Panchanendriya vardhan Tailacan also be used. The procedure must be done at sunrise. Steam inhalation must be undertaken for 4 -5 minutes. After that the head must be inclined at 75 degree and warm cow’s ghee or the concerned preparation must be instilled . One should first start from 2 drops and gradually increase to 6 drops. The process would benefit more if one can ascertain which nostril [Nadi] is active. For information at any given time most of us breathe [inhale and exhale] through the right or left nostrils. Only at certain times or through yogic Pranayama can one activate both nostrils at the same time. Hence the drops must be first instilled in the active nostril followed by the passive one. The active nostril can be easily found out by closing one nostril at a time. The one that allows free flow is active while the one that meets with resistance is passive.
DIET RULES
Restrict salt intake to minimum
Eat papaya during menstrual cycles to ensure good flow.
If possible go on a salt restricted diet for first 3 days of menses being only on papaya and cow’s milk.
Stay away from Bakery products, green chillies, pickles, curds [Buttermilk okay].
Avoid non-veg diet or restrict to minimum
Alcohol restriction
Also avoid excessive gestures like fondling and caressing during sexual intimacy while application of the above medications. Though the effects are not profound it is advisable to refrain for good results.
There are other Anaerobic exercises suggested to help breast development are :
Pectoral push up
Inverted push up
Pectoral press
Butterfly press
This exercise require weight training.
We sincerely hope this small article helps many of you who are looking for solutions but are inapt to pick up one mode or line of treatment. Going the natural way would not only help you achieve your purpose but would have the added benefit of providing you a healthy lifestyle and regulating other health problems.
Arogyam Wishes that this article may help clear misconception and try and convince many to follow an holistic approach.
NOTE The yogic postures mentioned must be practiced preferably under expert guidance. The use of Ayurveda medicines mentioned is safe. In case of any ill effects like discontinue the medicines. With respect to local applications, readers are advised to initially apply the medication on a small area to check for any allergic reactions.
