HGH therapy

HGH therapy

Growth Hormone Therapy or GH gets its name from the functions which it was recognized with. It was believed that the only role that GH had was determining height. This is why GH had been used only with children and it’s use with adults was discontinued. As people grow older, GH is being produced in lesser quantity and the latest development with biosynthetic GH has attracted the interest of how GH works with adults.

Clinical studies have reported that biosynthetic GH continues to have a vital role in the life of adults since it helps in optimizing health even after getting to a final adult height and it had shown that adults who suffer from GH deficiency can benefit from GH replacement.

Adults suffer from GH deficiency because of permanent damage of the pituitary gland. It can take place both in adulthood or childhood. Interference of GH production at the pituitary level is most of the time caused by a pituitary tumor. Damage on the pituitary takes place because of tumor on its own, or because of medical techniques used in treating the tumor such as radiotherapy and surgery.

Adult HGH therapy has shown to offer significant health benefits. When it is used, it helps to reduce total body fat and the fat found near your abdomen. It also helps to increase the lean body mass and muscle mass. It improves exercise tolerance and strength.

Physical fitness will also be increased and it appears to be related to improved cardiac function as well. The body will have general well-being which is enhanced greatly; it influences life quality with added personal productivity.

Adult HGH therapy is given with daily injections, just like to those who suffer from diabetes and administer insulin. Side effects as a result of GH therapy are normally mild and they are mostly the results of fluid retention. Common side effects are joint discomfort, muscle aches, swelling of the feet or hands and headaches. Adult HGH therapy has been developed after finding out that when GH deficiency in adults is not treated, it will compromise both the psychological and physical life of the person.

Can we in our communities contribute to have dog trainers train the Indian street dogs to bark a lot at the vehicles polluting heavily (above a limit)? Would that help to make the drivers realize that they're not only harming others but also themselves? Can we share this with dog trainers and that try to do this if any dog trainers are professionally interested? It's highly unfortunate that Indian street dogs are living in such pathetic conditions and that they can't even do anything like humans for the same. Best! Shakti

I'm copy-pasting text from the HUMAN (Honoured & United Martial Arts Nations) group file https://www.facebook.com/groups/abinettja/doc/449799608399034/ I'm thankful to Jake Samuel Abinett for mentioning my comment which is at the very bottom of the text. Since HUMAN is an open group, I've taken the liberty of sharing its contents here which includes comments of our members. I've done this also because the public content on the Health and Fitness India network is indexed by search engines and I wish that more and more humans would find us and then connect, share and collaborate with us. "I will give my all to ensure our strengths as we use it in pursuit of the elimination of evil... If we can apply a martial tactic, we don’t need to be strong, the force and energy is all around us, and when we are threatened, we will use the force and energy of the threat against it. Unity is what is required to achieve this desire. Thank you Mr Jake for your efforts in promoting unity among us." Matin Enahoro

"Always live the life you love, and love the life you live. Thank you very much Jake Samuel Abinett." Shizuka Kaji

"Thank you Jake. Your group reflects your personality and your main quality I.e. human. Take care my friend." Martine Ahavah de Petter

"Thank YOU Jake!" Sifu Chee

"We are HUMAN…" Prateek Sharma

"Good job! And thank you." Dale A Bertram

"Jake, one family under the sky so all people are human. Now, about martial artists, they learn to nurture a balanced emotional body, mental strength, so that speaks in favour of being strong in a world of turmoil. Appreciations to the courageous souls that seek their inner guidance, and also, great joy by connecting with likeminded/hearted people. Martial arts is still an art of self-discovery. Until we learn to not fight ourselves with the others, that reflect ourselves. Thank you, we are emerging with the knowing of the beautiful humans that we are. Speaking not of fear, speaking of wisdom, with a smile, not denying, and with great intent of integrity in honesty. Words turned into actions as well. I am honoured to be part of that soul family. Love is the keyword, balance, inner strength, and wellbeing to all." ZW Komaya

"It's an honour and pleasure to be part of this. Great job Jake Samuel Abinett in bringing this and keeping it together!" Wes Derequito

"Mr. Jake and to all that are here and to those that will come here: this place has become the blessed shores of peace. A place, though digital, a place where one such as I can come here, young minded to the world yet hungry for wisdom so to share back to those that have taught me and to those seeking such as I do. The reality of fear is that it works quickly and strongly and can last a life time. But so is peace quick and strong and too can last a life time. The only difference is which one do we see before us. And like all darkness, only a light will save us. With Jake’s gracious effort to create a light and the blessedness of all those here that see this truth and effortlessly support it without fail prove that no amount of blood could ever define family, only our love for others. And for that I love everyone of you." Heath Osage

"This is the true core of martial arts; coming together to encourage each other, sharing knowledge, suggesting ways to protect oneself, all that; not whose belt is blacker, who has more stripes, who has won more tournaments, and/or who has trained under the best master. Jake, well done and thank you." Lincoln M. James

Just got back from gym. Some hours ago, I had shared on my FB https://www.facebook.com/slateandchalk.net and Google+ https://plus.google.com/114752368140246871853 a video PEOPLE ARE AWESOME 2013 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6XUVjK9W4o in which a monk child was jumping ahead and up on his head. Some hours before that, I had shared what Bill Gates has said "And if I could wave a wand, I'd love to have a way to measure how exposure to risks like disease, infection, malnutrition and problem pregnancies impact children's potential—their ability to learn and contribute to society." which is published in this article http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887323539804578261780648285770.html. After those two shares, I thought of my yesterday's (Republic Day) share of the Bengal Tiger photo and then thought that if all humans only just maximized their basic level of health and fitness then how great would that be for mankind and our world overall.

After several days, I again carried my visiting cards to my apartment complex's gym which mentions my web-site http://www.personalfoldersoftware.com (thankfully it comes as a top link when searched for data privacy software). Before carrying the cards, I wrote on them my Health and Fitness India network's web-site http://www.healthfitnessindia.com. When I reached the gym, for the first time I saw a group of school and college going people and that I shared my cards with them. It was a nice conversation with them and that I wish that they would get value from my efforts. I also shared with them about I getting a lot of acne which might be due to having a lot of egg yolks during past two months as I was experimenting with egg yolks as a source of protein. Now, I'm having egg whites only without the yolks.

Before going to the gym, I went to the boiled egg vendor. I saw the vendor's little girl giving egg to a little boy on paper. I didn't clearly see if the paper had ink on it or not but since the vendor lady was there, I shared with her about not serving on paper with ink on it. I had shared the same with them some years ago and then didn't notice them serve on paper since then but then I've rarely gone to their shop until past few months when I've become regular again. She said that it's expensive to use paper plates because to get them cheap, they'll have to travel far. I shared with her that they can think of buying in bulk since they've to keep using it and I wish that they would even use it for a single boiled egg. I told her that others might not even realize the issue and that if we'll tell them then they might also care about it (and as more and more people would care, that should lead to technical and business innovations towards improving society and environment overall). I then thought of this as being a potential opportunity for someone who can bring paper plates in bulk to this area (Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P.) and that sell to several customers while adding value to society by sharing with food vendors about the issue of using paper with ink for serving food on it.

During gym, I remembered a nearby area around where I haven't been in a while and where I often saw pigs eating from garbage. Highly unfortunately, that area is next to a market and is on a major road of the area. I wish that we humans would do everything that we can do for making our food, water, air and land as great as possible. I also wish that we humans would at minimum maximize our basic level of health and fitness. Thank You and All the Best! Shakti

I've also shared the above in the Security and India (SAI) LinkedIn group discussion post http://lnkd.in/ZjiB5g

Yesterday evening, the person who opens/closes the gym told me that I lift the most weight there. I told him that I'm a small guy and that there are so many much bigger people and also great bodybuilders and that I wish that I can keep improving lifelong. Then I searched for videos on Kashmir given the highly unfortunate current issue. Besides other videos, I also watched Defending the LoC Part-1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Apddqw6Ks4g, Part-2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xp2idHxTErM and Part-3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C74MR9g2R0c. Salute to Sipahi (Soldier) who laughs off the fear to protect me. This salute is to all Sipahis worldwide who protect humans. Imagine a world in which all such soldiers unite against those disregarding the universal human values.

After these videos, I read a spiritual article (I usually read an article at night with dad who generally gives it from one of the books). It was about mann (mind) and that it has ichcha-shakti (power to desire) and sankalp-shakti (power of intention). I've thought of several times to also go to gym in the morning for doing cardio since I lift weights during evening. I went to gym once in the morning some days ago the day after I reactivated the Health and Fitness India site http://www.healthfitnessindia.com. I reactivated it sooner than I had thought thinking that if we can't be healthy and fit then our heads might not remain in the proper place for long. Given current events, things seem very unfortunate in India and that being much healthier and fitter should help us do much better.

Today morning, I woke up without any alarm and that when I saw the time it was few minutes before 7am and that the gym in my apartment complex opens at 7am. However, I felt that I hadn't recovered from yesterday evening's workout well enough. I've to speed up recovery with nutrition products. For some months, I'm regularly eating eggs, often kala chana (bengal gram), sometimes soya and then lentils, oats, milk and other veg. food as protein sources. So I rested for another hour and half and then went to gym.

A different person opens/closes the gym in the morning. I spoke to him in general and that when I asked his name, he said Manveer! (Man here stands for Mind and Veer for Brave). He said that he wants to do business after some years. I told him that he can start today by selling imported and affordable anti pollution mask made using Defense technology which will be a great service to society and he can also earn well on the side. He told me to show it to him which I would. I wish that all of us can keep improving our society and environment worldwide. Best!
