Today, Rakesh Sir made me do my first personal training session with him for legs workout. I did several heavy weight exercises. On this machine, I did 3 x 45 lbs + 3 x 35 lbs + 25 lbs on each side. I did 12 reps without assistance for pushing according to him. I asked him what's his goal for me. He said that he wants me to see me at my best. I really like him as a trainer. All the Best to him!
