I am practicing martial arts from last 15 year and also participated in state tournaments. In 2000 i have been participated in state level tournament and awarded bronze medal. Around 2 years experience in gyming/physical fitness training. In Nov 2013 i have received my Black Belt 2nd Dan(Nidan) from Nihon Shotokan Karate Federation-Japan.
