Walk for 45-50 minutes daily. If you can't do it at once, do it three times for 15-15 minutes. Cycling and swimming are also beneficial.
Consult a doctor before jogging, aerobics, or heavy exercise, as this may increase blood pressure.
Do yoga and pranayama.
Do the breathing This reduces muscle tension and BP control.
Do not do such postures without the advice of a doctor, in which all the weight comes on the head or hands.
Meditation:
Meditate for 10-15 minutes. The easiest meditation is to sit comfortably and focus on the breath. Meditation calms the mind as well as increases concentration.
