The major symptom of TB of the bones and joints (musculoskeletal tuberculosis) is a pain in many parts of the body as the spinal cord is normally affected in this TB. Apart from this, symptoms like fever and weight loss are also seen. In many cases, there is a strange swelling, with no burning or pain. In this type of TB, any symptoms are not directly related to bones, that is why it is very difficult to detect such TB.
