Do not drink water on an empty stomach in the morning (drinking water in the morning will make your defecation open for 10 to 15 minutes after drinking water, increase the amount of water slowly, then at least drink 1 liter of water)

Do not eat morning meal 
Eating strong food at night that will not be eaten soon
