This hypodiarrhea is a birth-related health problem in boys in which their penis is abnormal. There is no hole at the tip of the penis, but it can be in the end or middle of the penis, or it can also be in the testicle. It is a common congenital problem found in 1 in 200 babies.
Hypospadias surgery is needed to correct this problem. This surgery is usually done only when the child is between 6 months and 2 years old. There is no need to admit the child for this. Extra foreskin tissue may be needed to correct hypospadias during surgery. The child is given general anesthesia during the surgery. If the problem is not too severe, it can be cured once with surgery. If the defect present in the penis is severe or more than once, surgery may be required.
