A kidney transplant is a function used to replace a diseased kidney with a healthy kidney. A
kidney functions the work of removing waste, minerals, and fluid from the blood through urine.
When the kidney is not able to perform all this work, then there is a need for a kidney transplant.
Kidney failure raises blood pressure and makes you very ill and also can lead to death.
At the initial stage, the symptoms do not show up. However, they can be found out by doing
some blood and urine test and can be treated as well, but if, remain unchecked, then the disease in the kidney can grow to kidney failure.
